Q When should I notice results?

A. Each person is of course different.  Some people notice results in hours depending on the severity of their issue.  Conditions like sore throats, allergies, and when applied topically improvements are noticed usually very quickly. Chronic skin conditions like Psoriasis & Eczema, can take weeks before significant improvements start to show, we do have testimonials were people noticed a change in skin conditions after the first few weeks of use.  We recommend that you continue daily usage of Nigella Sativa for at least 8 weeks.

Q. It can be used internally and externally?

A. Yes, we have customers who use Black Seed Oil for an array of various health issues internally and externally. Our customers internally use it for diabetes, joint pain, menopause, inflammation, arthritis, immune support, and overall health and wellness.  Externally, it is used to for inflammation, smooth and radiant skin, moisturizer, on the scalp to promote for dandruff and hair growth and as a massage oil.  Used internally or externally Black Seed Oil is very beneficial for the whole body.

Q. What is the dosage?

A. Take one to two spoons daily for internal usage.  It can be mixed in food or taken from the spoon.  When used topically, in daily skin or hair routine, as therapeutic massage oil, rub a liberal amount on skin 3 times daily.
